1. Use of the App

Effective date: 8 October 2026. By using Axon, you agree to these terms. The app is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use to manage and analyze your device data locally.

2. Content and Intellectual Property

All AI algorithms, branding, and app logic are the intellectual property of the developers. You may not reverse engineer or distribute the app without permission.

3. User Obligations

You are responsible for the data you process using the app. You must comply with local laws regarding privacy, data protection, phone use, contact management, and consent when using calling, blocking, contact-group, or ringtone features.

4. Calling & Blocking Features

Axon may provide call-screening, contact organization, custom ringtone, and dial-pad helpers when Android grants the required permissions or roles. Tapping Call may use Phone permission to start a call while your device default phone app shows the in-call screen. Axon is not a default dialer. You are responsible for calls placed, messages sent, contacts edited, numbers blocked, and ringtone choices made through the app. Emergency calling, carrier availability, and all call handling remain subject to Android, your carrier, and device capabilities.

5. Media Tools & Smart Edit

Media organization, People face grouping, and Smart Edit (including Beauty) run on your device. You are responsible for edits you save to your gallery and for how you share those files. Axon does not claim ownership of your photos or videos.

6. Mini-Games & Leaderboards

Axon includes optional mini-games with leaderboards. A leaderboard entry uses a silent anonymous Firebase account and stores only the display name you choose (up to 30 characters) and your high score. Display names must not impersonate other people or contain offensive content. Entries with tampered scores or names that break these rules may be removed. The games are for entertainment only and offer no prizes.

7. Data Collection

As stated in our Privacy Policy, Axon prioritizes local storage. Contact groups, call-related information, custom ringtone preferences, contacts, and media (including on-device face and Smart Edit processing) are not collected on our servers. Firebase diagnostics, analytics, Hosting request data, feedback, and mini-game leaderboard entries (display name and score) are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for missed calls, failed calls, carrier charges, blocked or unblocked calls, contact changes, ringtone behavior, media edit results, data loss, OS failures, or hardware malfunctions. Maintain system-level backups of your contacts and media.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
